Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Loudest Creative, including design, SEO, and email marketing subscriptions. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Recurring Subscriptions

All recurring subscriptions (Design, SEO, Email Marketing) are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are issued for unused credits, unused service time, or partial billing periods.

If you cancel a recurring subscription, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refund will be provided for the remaining days in that cycle.

2. One-Time Services

One-time services (e.g., SEO One-Time Audit, Email Flow Setup) are non-refundable once work has begun. If work has not yet started, you may request a cancellation by contacting us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Design Credits

Design credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for expired or unused design credits.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit to your account.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to request revisions through the portal — revisions are included as part of your subscription.

Dissatisfaction with a deliverable does not entitle you to a refund, but we will work with you to ensure the final result meets your needs within the scope of the original brief.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your client portal or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the period ends.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a billing error or eligible cancellation, contact us at james@loudestcreative.com with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
