Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Loudest Creative ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and client portal.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences over a period of time so you don't have to keep re-entering them.
2. Cookies We Use
We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the portal to function. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Authentication session, keeps you logged in | Session / 1 year |
| sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | PKCE verification for secure login flow | Session |
* The "sb-*" prefix includes your project identifier and is set by Supabase, our authentication provider.
3. Third-Party Cookies
We do not set any third-party cookies. Our payment processor (Square) handles payments on their own domain and does not set cookies on our site. Google Fonts may set minimal cookies per Google's policies when loading typography assets.
4. Cookie Consent
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication (which are exempt from consent requirements under most privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA), we do not display a cookie consent banner. These cookies are essential for the portal to function and cannot be disabled without preventing you from logging in.
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling our authentication cookies will log you out and prevent you from accessing the client portal.
Common browser cookie settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions
6. Changes to This Policy
If we begin using additional cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this policy and implement a cookie consent mechanism as required by applicable law.
