Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Loudest Creative ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and client portal.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences over a period of time so you don't have to keep re-entering them.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped by purpose:
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Strictly necessary | Authentication session, keeps you logged in | Session / 1 year |
| sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | Strictly necessary | PKCE verification for secure login flow | Session |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate visits to our public marketing website only | Up to 14 months |
| lc_privacy_optout | Strictly necessary | Records your opt-out from analytics so we can suppress GA4 on future visits | 1 year (localStorage) |
* The "sb-*" prefix includes your project identifier and is set by Supabase, our authentication provider. Google Analytics is loaded only on our public marketing website (loudestcreative.com), not inside the authenticated client portal.
3. Third-Party Services and Cookies
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): sets the
_gaand_ga_*cookies on our public website to measure traffic. We have disabled Google Signals, advertising features, and ad-personalization data sharing. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal and the opt-out on our Your Privacy Choices page — when either is set, Google Analytics is not loaded. - Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.): measures anonymous performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) using a beacon, not cookies.
- Square: our payment processor. Square handles payments on their own domain and does not set cookies on our site.
- Google Fonts: may make a font request to Google when pages load. No cookies are set in connection with font delivery.
4. Cookie Consent and Your Choices
Strictly-necessary cookies (authentication and your saved opt-out preference) load automatically because the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are loaded only on our public marketing website and are suppressed automatically in any of these cases:
- Your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
- Your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) signal.
- You have opted out via our Your Privacy Choices page.
California residents: opting out via any of the methods above is treated as a valid "opt-out of sale or sharing" request under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for that browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling our authentication cookies will log you out and prevent you from accessing the client portal.
Common browser cookie settings:

6. Changes to This Policy
If we begin using additional cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this policy and implement a cookie consent mechanism as required by applicable law.
